Mrs. Mary McGinty Woodard,61,of Beaver Dam R.D.1,N.Y.,formerly of Charleroi,died Friday,March 2,1962 at her home. She was born in Charleroi,R.D.,March 21,1900,the daughter of William and Matilda Maxon Walker. She is survived by her husband,Cassius Woodard,one son,John W. McGinty of Charleroi;three daughters,Mrs. Jeanette Hatton,of Baltimore,Md.,Mrs. Mary Ann Savarno,of Charleroi,and Mrs. Joyce Hewitt of Belle Vernon;two brothers,William H. Walker of Monessen and John K. Walker of Dunlevy;four sisters,Mrs. Margaret Brounce,Mrs. Grace Borelli and Mrs. Edith Katinsky,of Charleroi,Mrs. Garnet Aron,of Detroit,Mich.,9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Friends were received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home,Charleroi. Services were held there Monday afternoon,March 5,at 2 o'clock in charge of the Rev. W.S. Van Arsdale,pastor of the Charleroi Christian Church. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C. Slezak of Charleroi was the funeral director.
