Mary A Tabor; 91; of Fayette City; died Tuesday; February 5; 2008; in Mon Valley Care Center; Carroll Township. She was born October 3; 1916; in Washington Township; Fayette County; a daughter of the late John Berna Sr. and the late Theresa Tomyko Berna. She was a member of Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Fayette City. Surviving is her son; William (Nancy) Tabor; of Fayette City; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and one sister; Helen Gengo; of New York; N.Y. She was preceded in death by her husband; Stanley Tabor; three brothers; John; Joseph and Frank Berna; and one sister; Theresa Cheripko. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday; February 28; at 11 a.m. in Holy Spirit R.C. Church; Fayette City; with the Rev. Richard E. Mackiewicz as celebrant. Arrangements are being handled by the ELEY/McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; Fayette City.
