Mrs.Kubin was born in Belle Vernon on July 9;1916;a daughter of the late William and Bridgett Griffin Nichols. She was a member of St.Sebastian Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and the Belle Vernon Golden Agers. Survivors include her husband;Emil Kubin;two sons;William E.Kubin of Belle Vernon R.D.2and John R.Kubin of Tampa;Fla.;two brothers;William G.Nichols of Melrose;Fla.and Joseph Nichols of Sweeney Plan;Rostraver Twp.;two sisters;Mrs.Francis (Margaret) Phillips of California;Pa.and Mrs.Raymond (Kathryn) Lacovicz of Fellsburg;Rostraver Twp.;and three grandchildren. Friends are being received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home in Belle Vernon;where a prayer service will be held Tuesday;Sept.14 at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Catholic Church in Belle Vernon.
