Obituary

Martin Muzina,79,of 110 Leggs Ave.,Belle Vernon (Arnold City),died Thursday,Dec.21,1967,at 4:30 p.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a lengthy illness. Mr.Muzina,who was born in Austria on May 15,1888,was a member of Croatian Fraternal Union No.11,Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church,both of Fayette City,and United Mine Workers of America Local 7107. A retired coal miner,he is survived by his widow,Rose Kroskie Muzina,four sons,John E. of Struthers,Ohio,Joseph at home,Steve of Fayette City R.D.1,Edward of Charleroi,four daughters,Mrs.Joseph (Helen) Cikovich of El Monte,Calif.,Mrs.Pete (Sophia) Pritchard of Pittsburgh,Mrs.Winnie (Rosella) DuBarr of Monongahela,Mrs.Frank (Mary) Pellegrini of Pittsburgh,nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,Fayette City,after 7 p.m. on Dec.23. Service there Tuesday,Dec.26 at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass at Holy Spirit R.C.Church,Fayette City. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director.
