Martin Crawford; 64; died Tuesday;
August 14 ;1945;at his home; 45 Aliquippa
avenue; following a lingering
illness. Surviving are his
wife; Mrs. Elizabeth Crawford;
three daughters; Mrs. Harold
Jones; Mrs. Russell Smith and
Mrs. Raymond Scales. Four
granddaughters and a brother; Ernest
Crawford; also survive. Friends are being received at the
home. The remains will be taken
to the Methodist Church; Friday
morning;August 17;1945; at 11 o’clock and will
lie in state until 2 p. m.; when
funeral services will be held in
charge of Rev. Ted V. Voorhees;
of the local church; assisted by
Rev. E. L. Boetticher; of New
Kensington; a former pastor. Interment;
Belle Vernon Cemetery.
