Martha M.(Martin) Breakwell of Smock;Pa.;died Sunday;Nov.10;1985;at 3:15 p.m. in West Penn Hospital;Pittsburgh. She was 66. Mrs.Breakwell was born Oct.29;1919;in German Township;a daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Hoover Martin. She was formerly a seamstress with Eisenberg’s of Monessen. Mrs.Breakwell was a member of the Walnut Hill United Methodist Church;Georges.Twp.;the Methodist Women of Walnut Hill;and the Ideal Chapter No.213;Order of Eastern Star. She was a former member of German Township Grange No.785 and the Women’s Club. Surviving are her husband;James E.Breakwell;a daughter;Mary Margaret Pletcher;of Virginia Beach;Va.;two sons;J.Veach Breakwell of Uniontown R.D.4 and Robert Breakwell of Belle Vernon;six grandchildren;one great-grandchild;one sister;Elizabeth Bryan;of Longhorn;Pa.;and a brother;C.V.Martin;of Masontown.;Pa. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the James W.Goldsboro Funeral Home;21 E.Church St.;Fairchance;Pa.;and on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.;the hour of service in the Walnut Hill United Methodist Church;with the Rev.Melroy Wireick officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery;Belle Vernon;Pa. The James W.Goldsboro Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
