Obituary

Miss Martha Lynn of Lynnwood, died at Restful Acers, Belle Vernon Tuesday, October 17, 1944. after an  illness of one and one-half years. Miss Lynn, the daughter of Denton and Margaret Corwin Lynn, was one of eleven children. She was a life-long member of the First Baptist Church of Belle Vernon, the Woman's Christian Temperance Union, and the D. A. R. Colonel Andrew Lynn Chapter of Uniontown. She is survvived by two brothers, Charles Sumner Lynn and Joseph D. Lynn of Lynnwood; and two sisters, Mrs. V. L. Everett and Mrs. Clyde Boyd, also of Lynnwood. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Mrs. Johnson Hough, Mrs. Joanna Gray and Mrs. Olive Lackey and three brothers, Edward, Robert and John Lynn.  Friends will be received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home,and services will be held there Friday,October 20,1944,at 2 p.m.  Rev. Herbert G. Mountan will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Chas. L. and Edwin Melenyzer are funeral directors.
