Obituary

Marshall Nozier of 719 Monongahela avenue,North Charleroi,died in the McKeesport hospital,October 27,1952,at 2:30 p.m. Mr.Nozier was born in Meyersville,Pa.,October 6,1897,the son of John and Eugenia Roux Nosier. He had been a resident here since childhood,and was a member of the Eagles Lodge. He was employed in the finishing department at Allenport plant of Pittsburgh Steel company. He was a veteran of World War One,and was a member of the American Legion Post 22,Charleroi. He is survived by his wife,Catherine Rennie Nozier,four sisters,Mrs.Mary Yates of Charleroi,Mrs.Martha Gatalica,Charleroi,Ms.Blanche Minaudo and Mrs.Marie Paxton of Detroit,Michigan. Friends will be received at the late home. Services will be held there Friday,October 31,1952,at 2 p.m. in charge of Rev.Meade A.Rugh. Military rites will be conducted by Charleroi American Legion Post 22. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C.Slezak is the funeral director.
