Mark Howard Bamford;aged 52 years;who resided at Ridgeview Terrace;near Eldora;died Tuesday;January 22;1935;at 4 p.m.in Homeopathic Hospital;in Pittsburgh. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock;in charge of Rev.W.C.Robinson;pastor of the Donora Methodist Episcopal Church;of which the deceased was a member;and interment will be made in Belle Vernon Cemetery. He was born in Carroll township on July 28;1882;and was married September 14;1914;to Margaret Martin;of Belle Vernon. He resided in that borough for awhile after his marriage;later removing to Ridgeview Terrace. He was a drayman by occupation. He is survived by his wife;Margaret;his mother;Mrs.Hannah Maria Bamford;of Los Angeles;California;and three daughters;Virginia May;Mildred G.and Betty Jane at home. Also two brothers;Joseph Bamford;of Monongahela and Alfred of Miami;Florida;and four sisters;Mrs.George Hartman;Grandview;Mrs.Bessie Heslep;of Van Voorhis;Mrs.Emma Evans;Monongahela and Mrs.Alice Ross;of Los Angeles;Calif.
