Mr.Oliver was graduated from the school of civil engineering at Pennyslvania State University and was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He was a 1939 graduate of Belle Vernon High School. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his widow;Colleen;two children;Ray and Kathy;at home;his mother;Mrs.Theresa Oliver;Belle Vernon;seven brothers;Joseph and Philip of Belle Vernon;Nick of Morgantown;W.Va.;Thomas;Ted and John Rudolph;all of Dearborn;Mich.;and Dr.Paul Oliver of Boston;Mass.;two sisters;Mrs.Ida Mae Yaquinto of Dearborn and Mrs.Joan Hrutkay of Oriskany;N.Y. Friends are being received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 2 to 5 abd 7 to 10 p.m. Service there Tuesday;Jan.5;at 2 p.m.in charge of the Rev.Charles Zacher;pastor of Christ Lutheran Church;Charleroi.
