Mrs.Fred Vigne,died at her home on Third street,Monday afternoon, November 10,1919,from the effects of a stroke,following an operation,which she underwent several months ago. She was ailing for some time but her condition did not seem serious until Sunday,when a specialist from Pittsburgh was summoned,who informed her relatives that nothing could be done for her. The woman was 28 years of age and was of French nationality,and was well known to many local people who will mourn her sudden death. She is survived by her husband,her parents,Mr.and Mrs.Martin of third street and also a brother,August,of Monessen. Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon,November 13,1919,with interment in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
