Marie M. Sarra,80,of 205 Water St.,Belle Vernon,died Monday,Feb.4,1991,at 10:45 a.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born in Smithton on Sept. 29,1910,a daughter of the late John and Mary Sabo Stanko. Mrs. Sarra was a member of Metro Baptist Temple of Belle Vernon and had been a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 55 years. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Olterigi (Ollie) Sarra in 1967 and by two brothers, John and Julius Stanko. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law,Clinton Jack and Ruth Rhodes of Belle Vernon;three grandchildren,Jack D.,Richard B.and Clinton J.,all of Belle Vernon;one great-granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Rhodes;and a sister-in-law,Margaret Stanko of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at noon with Pastor Stephen S. Dobosh of the Metro Baptist Temple officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
