Marie A.Driesen;age 68 years;died at her home at 842 Brown street;Belle Vernon;Thursday;April 6;1944;at 4 a.m.;after an illness of three weeks. She is survived by two daughters;Mrs.Edmee Weight of North Charleroi;Mrs.Christine Hayduk of Belle Vernon;two sons;George at home;Rene of Charleroi;one brother;Joseph Schruers of Algeria;and seven grandchildren. Friends will be received at the late home and services will be held there Saturday;April 8;1944;at 2:20 p.m. Rev.George Guest;pator of the Pricedale Union Church;will be in charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
