Obituary
Maria Muoio,315 Market St.,Belle Vernon,died Thursday, Dec. 28,1978 at 3:12 p.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital, Carroll Twp. She was 85. Born in Italy,March 8,1893,she was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Antonio Reda. Mrs. Muoio was a Belle Vernon resident for 54 years. Mrs. Muoio was a member of St. Sebastan's Church, Belle Vernon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Muoio,in 1954. Mrs. Muoio is survived by one son, Patsy Moore of Belle Vernon,and two sisters, Emilia and Angelina,both of Italy. Friends are being received in the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon on Friday from 3 to 10 p.m. Services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian's Church,Belle Vernon. Wake services will be held Friday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson,funeral director,in charge of arrangements.
