Mrs. Maria Bartoletti,79,1419 Highland Ave.,Monessen,died Sunday,October 27,1957 at 1:07 a.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mrs. Bartoletti was born in Casa del Monte,Italy. She was a member of the St. Cajetan R.C.Church and the Rosary Altar Society of the church and was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the North Italian Political Assn. She was preceded in death by her husband,Louis,seven years ago. She is survived by a son,Peter,at home;daughter,Mrs. Armand (Bruna) Tintori,of Belle Vernon;brother,Nick Iacomelli of Elizabeth;sister,Mrs. Marsilio (Theresa) D'Arcangeli and two sisters in Italy. Four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren also survive. Friends are being received at the Cozza Funeral Home,441 Reed Ave.,(near High School) from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held Wednesday,Oct. 30,at 9 a.m. from the funeral home,with additional services to follow at 9:30 from the St. Cajetan R.C.Church. Solemn Requiem Mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Perry A. Cozza,funeral director.
