Marguerite Peggy Stedman; 85; formerly of Charleroi; passed away Thursday; March 4; 2004; following a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late William and Lucy Davies. In 1939; Marguerite married James Stedman; who passed away in 2001. She was a caring and devoted daughter; mother; homemaker and neighbor. She and her husband were active members of St Mary’s Episcopal Church in Charleroi until they moved to Florida in 1994. Mrs. Stedman is survived by her daughter; Sandra North and husband Ed of Winter Springs; Fla.; two grandchildren; Kristin Harrington of Orlando; Fla.; and Jason North of Indianapolis; Ind.; and one great-grandson; William Harrington.
