Margaret Pascoe of 117 Jean St.;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;Dec.4;1985;at 7:10 a.m. in the Mon Valley Hospital. She was 88. Mrs.Pascoe was born April 3;1897;in Black Diamond;a daughter of the late George and Janet Finley Johnston. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon and the Fayette City American Legion Auxiliary. A former Fayette City resident;Mrs.Pascoe had lived in Belle Vernon the past 45 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband;Llewellyn;in 1947;two sons;James and Lewis;and a daughter;Doris McMilen. Survivors include two sons;George of New Castle and Robert of San Bruno;Calif.;four daughters;Iona Michener;with whom she made her home;Margaret Stanko of Belle Vernon;Janet Brandemarte of Donora and Mrs.James (Nancy) Trombino of Belle Vernon;31 grandchildren;31 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Saturday;Dec.7;at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Thomas St.Clair;pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;is in charge of arrangements.
