Mrs. Margaret M. Lagler,87,of 328 Main St.,Belle Vernon,died Monday, Aug. 7,1967 at 6:10 p.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Born in Belle Vernon on July 24,1880,she had spent most of her life there. Her husband, August,died in 1953. Surviving are a son, William August Lagler;four daughters, Rose Lagler at home, Mrs. Alice Yuille of Duncan, Okla.,Mrs. John (Dolly) Lloyd of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Lillian (Toots) Cornell Sweeney of Belle Vernon R.D.2;a sister,Mrs. Lena Mollard of Belle Vernon,four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m. Aug. 8. Services there Thursday,Aug. 10,at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John W. McLeister,of Fayette City's Methodist Church,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D. Ferguson is the funeral director.
