Margaret L. Wentzel, 86, of Charleroi, died Thursday, July 6, 2000, in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born on June 29,1914, in Charleroi, n daughter of the late Alex and Ethel Dean Williams. Mrs. Wentzel was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Parish of Charleroi, a former member and past madam president of the Charleroi Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, a former member of the Bidmore Club and the Charleroi Goodwill Club. She was retired from the Charleroi
Area School District where she worked in the cafeteria. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Bill Yesensky of Fallowfield Township, Janet Kossol of Charleroi and Margy and Eric Kuvinka of Fallowfield Township; a brother and his wife, William and Martha Williams of Fallowfield Township; two sisters and their husbands, June and Steve Tucutich of Charleroi, Joyce and Paul Nescot of Bethel Park; three grandchildren, Donna VanVoorhis, Jerry Kossol and Dean Kossol; three great-grandchildren, Louann Van Voorhis, Jenny VanVoorhis and Brennan Kossol; and two step-grandchildren, Terri C. Kuvinka Snyder and Eric Kuvinka. In addition to her
parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Wentzel; a sister, Jane Calamari; and a brother, Alexander Williams. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the
SCHROCK-HOGAN FUNERAL HOME INC., 226 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Mary, Mother of the Church in Charleroi on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
