Margaret B. Kelly 93 of Roscoe, died peacefully on Monday July 3, 2017. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61yrs, Peter Kelly Jr. who died on October 17, 2011.Margaret was born June 20, 1924 in Belle Vernon, a daughter of George and Helen Surovchak Brindzak. She was a member of the Roscoe Presbyterian Church. Margaret was retired from the former Charleroi Monessen Hospital where she worked as a Registered Nurse. During WWII Margaret was a Cadet Registered Nurse stationed at Newton D. Baker Hospital, Maryland. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Christopher of Stockdale and Susan Kelly of Roscoe; 2 grandsons, Gregory Christopher and Chad Christopher and wife Ashely. She was blessed with her two Godchildren, Martha Breakwell and Paul Surovchak Margaret was preceded in death by her son-in-law Dennis Christopher; brothers Andrew and George Brindzak and a sister Helen Githens. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 6 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm in the Melenyzer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Inc. 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe where funeral services will be held at 8pm in the funeral home with Rev. Candace Cook officiating. Private interment will take place at Belle Vernon Cemetery on Friday July 7, 2017.
