Margaret J. Sickles of Belle Vernon R.D.4,formerly of Monessen,died Thursday,July 5,1984,at Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Twp. She was 90. Mrs. Sickles was born in Millersville on July 19,1893,a daughter of the late William and Louisa Richards Jones. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Monessen for 77 years. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Clyde C. Sickles in 1953. She is survived by two sisters,Mrs. Evelyn Dauvin of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Louis (Elizabeth) Williams of Monessen,and several nieces and nephews,one of whom is Mrs. Jack T. (Evelyn) Beck Jr.with whom she made her home. Friends will be received at the James C. Stump Funeral Home,Rostraver Twp.,on Friday from 2 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Conrad Auel officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C. Stump Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
