Margaret Harger,83,of 58 Holly Dr.,Charleroi,died Wednesday,March 13,1996,in Cannonsburg General Hospital. Mrs.Harger was born Dec.18,1913,a daughter of the late Peter and Theresa Eory. A Belle Vernon resident for 40 years,she was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. She spent the last three years in the South Hills Convalescent Center. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson L.. Harger,who died Feb. 4,1983,and a son,Emerson P. Harger,who died March 20,1994. She is survived by two sons,Morgan V. Harger of Fairless Hills,Pa.,and Harry R. Harger of Belle Vernon;one daughter, Mrs. Conrad (Marge) Lupori of Charleroi;two sisters, Theresa Basko of Laughlin, Nev.,and Julia Persico of Monessen;11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends will be recieved Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ferguson Funeral Home,Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. A Prayer service will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon,with the Rev. John Cindric officiating. Interment will follow at the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home,Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
