Margaret A. Hobbs,74,of Charleroi,died Thursday,Feb. 1,1990,in Mon Valley Hospital,Carroll Township. Mrs. Hobbs was born June 19,1915,in Irwin,a daughter of the late Walter and Catherine Rees Steele. She was a former manager of Johnston the Florist in Charleroi. Mrs. Hobbs was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi and the Charleroi Garden Club. Surviving are her husband,Harry D. Hobbs;two daughters, Patricia Huseman in New Jersey and Sharon Lindenberg of Wyomissing. Pa.;and four grandchildren,Scott and Tricia Huseman and Sean and Todd Herilla. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi. Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home,with the Rev. Francis M. Blair,pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi,officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home,Inc.,is in charge of arrangements.
