Mrs. Manila B.Luce of 1252 Rostraver street;Belle Vernon; died Thursday;July 14;1955;at 5:55 o’clock in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. Mrs. Luce had been a resident
of Monessen for the past 37 years. Surviving are her husband;
Norman Luce: two sons; Vernon
of Belle Vernon and Milton; at
home; two daughters; Edith and
Clara; both at home; three grandchildren; her father; Stanley Hall;
of Webster and four sisters; Mrs.Elsie Parks; of Belle Vernon; Mrs.Leona Stangroom; of Webster;Mrs. Ruth Peters; of McKeesport
and Mrs. Nellie McAlpine; of
Wellsburg; W Va.
The family will receive friends
at the Check Home for Funerals;100 Schoonmaker avenue; after 7 o’clock Thursday evening. Funeral home visiting hours will be from
2 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p. m. Funeral services will be held Saturday;July 16;1955; at 2 p.m. from the funeral home;with Rev.David Aldridge;pastor of the Church of the Nazarene in Smithton officating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Joseph R.Check;funeral director.
