Mrs. Mahaley Faulks,75,of 309 Twelfth St.,Monessen,died Friday afternoon,Nov. 4,1960,at 12:15 p.m. at the home of a granddaughter,Mrs. Edgar Wilson of Arnold City. A member of the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Monessen,Mrs. Faulks came to Monessen in 1935. She was a member of the Elks Elite Temple 428,Monessen. Surviving are three sons,Willie of Philadelphia,Vernon at home,and Julius of Lockview;a sister,Mrs. Hattie Evans of New York City, and a brother,George Jones,also of New York City;five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Draper Funeral Home,Sixth St.,Monessen from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday morning Nov. 7,1960 at 11 o'clock from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church,Monessen,with the Rev. E. Archie officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
