Mabel B.Vaughn of Trenton;Mich.;formerly of Monessen;died Saturday Jan.5;1985;in the Riverside Osteopathic Hospital;Trenton. She was 87. Mrs.Vaughn was born June 30;1897;in Cleveland;ohio;a daughter of the late Orren M.and Mary Pollock Gourley. A former member of the First Presbyterian Church of Monessen;she had been a Monessen resident for many years before moving to Trenton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband;Kenneth Vaughn;1956. Survivors include one son;Robert K.Vaughn with whom she made her home;two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;where serices will be held Tuesday;Jan.8;at 10 a.m. with the Rev.S.Kenneth Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home;Inc.is in charge of arrangements.
