Mrs. Lula M. Wells, 92, of 51 Reed Ave., Monessen, died Thursday,December 31,1964, at 10:25 p.m., at her home. She was born in Adrian, Mich., Jan. 7, 1872, and had resided in Monessen since 1904. She was preceded in death thirty-one years ago by her husband, Capt. Edward A. Wells, a veteran of the Spanish-American War. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. William (Helen) Aubrey, with whom she made her home, Mrs. Edmund (Beatrice) Monack of Charleroi, and Mrs. William (Marian) Wolf of Ft. Worth, Tex., 7 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Friends wfll be received at the Rhome Funeral Home, Monessen, beginning at 7 p.m. on Saturday. Services will be held there Monday,Jan.4 at 10 a.m.,in charge of the Rev.John Squires,pastor of the First Methodist Church of Monessen. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. H.Denver Rhome of Monessen is the funeral director.
