Mrs.Theys was born April 1;1929;in North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Alvie and Bernice Sichi Dennis. She was a member of St.Jerome Roman Catholic Church;Charleroi. Mrs.Theys was also a member of the Charleroi Area Recreational Board and the Metropolitan Area Public Library Association. Survivors include her husband;George M.Theys;two sons;George of Ruffsdale and James of Charleroi;two daughters;Mrs.Michael (Karen) Abraham of Alexandria;Va.;and Carol at home;one brother;James Dennis of North Charleroi;and three grandchildren;Jimmy;Jason and Christopher Theys. Friends will be received in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home;Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;on Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m.and Sunday from noon to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday;April 4;at 10 a.m.in St.Jerome’s Roman Catholic Church with Msgr.William Maher officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the John K.Tener Library through the funeral home.
