Obituary
Lucy Corwin, 81, of Belle Vernon, died Thursday,June 13,1963, at 1 p.m. at the home of her daughter, Mrs. G. Harold (Thelma) Smith of 401 Fifth St., Charleroi. She had been ill for some time. A life-long resident of Belle Vernon, Mrs. Corwin had spent the last eight months with her daughter, Mrs. Smith. Mrs. Corwin was born on Nov. 15, 1881. Her husband, Herbert, preceded her in death on March 12, 1963. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Smith of Charleroi, and Mrs. Robert (Helen) Bahles of Castro Valley, Calif.; one granddaughter and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Harold R. Toner Funeral Home in Belle Vernon after 7 p.m. June 14 and thereafter during hours of 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Service there at 10 a.m. Monday,June 17,with Dr. James E. Fawcett,minister. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
