Obituary

Lucille W. Harvey, 82, of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 in her home. A daughter of the late Wilmer W. and Helen E. Drotar Wilson, she was born in Pricedale on April 15, 1934. Formerly of Donora, Lucille had resided in Belle Vernon since 1980 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. She loved to do crafts around her home and, about ten years ago, she lost the love of her life, her pet dog, Benji. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Charles W. ‘Chuck’ Harvey, two sisters, her twin, Loretto Sanfeleppo of Carroll Twp. and Carol Morgan of Florida, four sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law, Pearl and Edward Lyons of North Belle Vernon, Donna Metz of Florida, Joyce Howard of Aurora, OH, Josephine Harvey of Ruffsdale and many nieces and nephews. Lucille is also survived by her cat, Kitty. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wilmer Wilson and a brother-in-law, William Harvey. Friends will be received 4 P.M. to 7 P.M. Thursday, December 29, 2016 in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. Entombment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The officers and members of the First Presbyterian Church will meet in the funeral home at 7 P.M. Thursday to hold services.
