Mrs. George Pearce, aged 41 years, R.D.3,Belle Vernon,died Monday, Oct. 19,1953 at 1:14 o'clock. She was a former resident of Monessen and was a member of the Harmony Presbyterian Church. Surviving are her parents, Mr.and Mrs. Garfield Story of Gibsonton; her husband, George Pearce; six children, James, George,Thomas, Nancy Jane, Mary Louise and Linda Maxine, all at home; a brother, John D. Story of Gibsonton;four sisters,Mrs. James Steffey of West Newton,Mrs. William McNeil of Pittsburgh,Mrs. Thomas Leone of Monessen and Mrs. Dale Williams of Gibsonton. Friends are being received by the family from 1 to 5 and from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Edwin F. Melenyzer Funeral Home,262 Donner avenue, Monessen, where funeral services will be held Wednesday,Oct. 21,at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Ira G. Howard,Jr.,pastor of the Harmony Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin F. Meleyzer,funeral director.
