Louis Pasquinelli;80;the founder of Louie’s Bakery in Charleroi;died Wednesday;June 4;1975;in the Preston Memorial Hospital;Kingswood;W.Va. Mr.Pasquinelli was born in Italy on Sept.7;1894;the son of the late Dominic and Carlotta Michelotti Pasquinelli. He had resided in Charleroi for over 60 years. He made his home at 1014 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the St.Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church;American Legion Post 22;Veterans of Foreign Wars Post;Italia Unita Club;and the Last Two-men Club;all of Charleroi;and the French Club of North Charleroi. Mr.Pasquinelli was preceded in death by his wife;Mollie in 1972 and by a son Louis in 1939. Survivors include three daughters;Norma Pasquinelli;at home;Mrs.Carlotta Surdyn of Charleroi and Mrs.Francis (Rita) Bartley of Belle Vernon;three brothers;Pete Pasquinelli of San Francisco;Calif.;John and Guido Pasquinelli;both in Italy;four sisters;Mrs.Adelia Monti of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Anna Parente;Teresa Betuzzi;and Mrs.Bruna Baronti;all in Italy and three grandchildren;Joseph Surdyn;Janice Gombo and Louis Bartley. Friends will be received in the Francis C.Slezak Funeral Home;Third St.;and Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;from 7 until 9 p.m.on Thursday;June 5;1975;and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m.on Friday;June 6;1975 where a blessing service will be held on Sat.June 7;1975 at 9:30 a.m.followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church of Charleroi with the Rev.Andrew Bialobok;pastor;officiating.
