Louis Edward Moore Sr.,76,of Fayette City R.D.1,died in the Jefferson Center on Wednesday, Aug. 15,1990,at 4 a.m. He was born in Belle Vernon on Nov. 23,1914,a son of the late Charles and Frances Hartzell Moore. Mr. Moore had lived most of this life in the Belle Vernon area and was a former employee of American Window Glass of Belle Vernon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles W. Moore. He is survived by his wife, Eva Mardis Moore; a son, Louis Edward Moore Jr.,at home;a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Judy) Woodward of Belle Vernon; three brothers, John Moore of Okmulgee, Okla.,George Moore of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.,and Arthur Moore of North Port,Fla.;four sisters,Frances Ferrari of Belle Vernon,Lena Rodriquez of Cleveland,Ohio,Nora Rose Rodriquez of California,Pa.,and Caroline Hinzy of Belle Vernon;four grandchildren,Amy and Robert Garrett,Joshua Woodward and Melanie Moore;and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11 a.m. with Dr. Thomas St. Clair of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
