Lorraine C. Shackley; 67; of Monongahela; died Wednesday; Aug. 4; 2004; at 7:15 p.m. in her home. She was born March 27; 1937; in Belle Vernon; a daughter of the late Lewis and Eleanore Frazier Lynn. Lorraine belonged to Pricedale Union Church. She is survived by her husband; Joseph C. Shackley; the following children: Holly Fedoris and husband John of Monongahela; Kathy Bell of Charleroi; Wendy Brown and husband Russ of Fayette City; Joseph C. Shackley II and wife Lisa of Glendale; Ariz.; and Lori Ford and husband Nathan of Breezewood; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four nieces and nephews; and one sister; Lois Williams and husband Jim of Perryopolis. Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC.; 106 East Independence St.; Perryopolis; on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday; Aug. 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; the hour of service with Pastor James Mimidis officiating. Entombment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
