Loretta I. Crea,89,of LaFayette Manor, Uniontown,and formerly of Belle Vernon Apartments,died Sunday, Sept. 12,1993,at 4 p.m. She was born in Jefferson Township Sept. 10,1904,a daughter of the late Michael and Laura Dugan. Mrs. Crea had lived in Belle Vernon since 1975 and was formerly of Charleroi and Fayette City. She was employed at the former Louie's Bakery in Charleroi. Mrs. Crea is survived by one son and daughter-in-law,John and Phyllis Crea of Belle Vernon (Fairhope);three grandchildren, Susan Crea Wozniak,Jonie Crea and John F. Crea and two great-grandchildren,John L. Crea II and Christa Lynne Crea. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband, Dominick Crea, who died in 1961. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John Park of the Marion Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
