She was born July 5;1933;in Stockdale;a daughter of the late Clyde Crouch and the late Ruby Henderson Crouch. She was a member of the Little Redstone Presbyterian Church;Fayette City;Cap and Gown member of the Sutersville Moose Lodge 1032 and a member of the Belle Vernon Athletic Club.Surviving is her son;William Blower;of Fayette City. She was preceded in death by her husband;Garnet William Blower Jr.;and two brothers;Nelson and Robert Crouch.
