Obituary
Lloyd Pitts,of 331 Sixth St.,Donora,died Monday, Aug. 19,1968 in the Monongahela Memorial Hospital. Mr. Pitts was born in Monongahela Sept. 5,1903. He was a life long Mon Valley resident. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of American Legion Post No. 695. Survivors include his widow, Olga Pitts of Pittsburgh;one son, Charles of Pittsburgh;four daughters, Leona and Dorothy of Philadelphia,Olga Gates and Margaret Franklin of Pittsburgh;two nieces,Mrs. Marlene Ruthledge of Clairton and Mrs. Grace Bramtley of Monongahela and six grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Percy E. law Funeral Home,Donora. Funeral services will be held on Thursday,Aug. 22 at 11 a.m. in the Bethlehem Temple,Donora. Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. Percy E. Law, funeral director in charge.
