LLoyd M.Katchmark;414 Wood St.;Belle Vernon;died Tuesday;Nov.21;1978 in the West Penn Hospital;Pittsburgh.  He was 60.  Born in Mt.Pleasant;Oct.11;1918;he was the son of the late John and Anna Katchmark.  He spent most of his life in the Belle Vernon area.  Mr.Katchmark was the supervisor of the State Department of Public Welfare;Donora office.  He was  graduate of Rostraver High School;and had earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State College;and a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh.  He was a U.S.Navy veteran of World War II.  He was a member of St.Sebastian Church;Belle Vernon.  Mr.Katchmark is survived by his widow;Dorothy Sweeney Katchmark;one daughter;Trudy A.Katchmark;at home;two brothers;Walter Katchmark of Belle Vernon;and Thomas Katchmark of Clarksville;and three sisters;Mrs.Frances Smock of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Bridget Lenhart of Parma;Ohio;and Mrs.Catherine Kulchock of New Jersey.  Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday.  Prayer services will be held at the funeral home Friday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.at St.Sebastian’s Church;Belle Vernon.  Shelby D.Ferguson;funeral director;in charge of arrangements.
