Obituary

Lloyd John Curnow,aged 35 years,Belle Vernon,R.D.3,died Monday,April 13,at 8:45 a.m.in Veterans Hospital,Aspinwall. He was a veteran of World War II,having served with the U.S.Navy,and had been employed at the American Steel and Wire Co.plant in Donora. Surviving are his parents,Mr.and Mrs.W.H.Curnow,of Webster,his wife,Mrs.Constance Curnow,three sons,John LLoyd,William Howard,Joseph Allen,two sisters,Mrs.Dorothy Byers,of Belle Vernon,and Mrs.Irene Coven of Kittanning,three brothers,James H.of Belle Vernon,Jesse of West Palm Beach,Fla.,and William B.of Lebanon,Mo.,and his grandmother,Mrs.Francis Nelson of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home. Services will be held there Thursday,April 16,1953,at 2 p.m.,in charge of Rev.J.Nelson Jackaway,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
