Lillian T. Vagli; 96; of McLean; Va.; formerly of Belle Vernon; passed away in her home on Sunday; Jan. 26; 2014. A daughter of the late John and Rose Melani Tesi; she was born in Belle Vernon on Dec. 12; 1917. Before moving to McLean; Va.; in 2003; Lillian resided in Mt. Lebanon; Monessen and Laurelville. She was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law; Robert E. Vagley and his wife; Holly; of McLean; Va.; and Dr. Richard T. Vagley of Pittsburgh; six grandchildren; Erin S. Vagley; Beth A. Vagley; Sarah E. Middleton and her husband; Tim; Adam S. Vagley and his wife; Sharon; Andrew C. Vagley; and Christian C. Vagley; two great-grandchildren; Taylor K. Middleton; and Wyatt C. Middleton; and two sisters-in-law; Mildred Vagli and Rosemary Hans. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband; William S. Vagli in 1979; and two sisters; Blanche Perez and Elia Mager.
