Lewis E. Williams of 110 McKee Ave.;Monessen;died Wednesday;Oct.8;1986;at his home. He was 92. Mr.Williams was born in Steubenville;Ohio;on June 21;1894;a son of the late Richard C.and Helen Holroyd Williams. He was employed at Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;Monessen plant;in the open hearth electric department until his retirement in 1962. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Monessen. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by a granddaughter;Robin Zanardelli;1984. Survivors include his wife;Elizabeth Jones Williams;two daughters;Mrs.William (Gloria) Schiller of Penn Hills and Mrs.Leonard (Eva Ann) Ross of Monongahela R.D.1;and one grandson;Louis Zanardelli of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral Home Inc.;1209 Grand Blvd.;Monessen;on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home Friday at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev.Kenneth J.Peters;pastor of First United Methodist Church;Monessen;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Rhome Funeral Home Inc.;is handling the arrangements.
