LeRoy W.Emerick;54;of Charles Street;Belle Vernon (Fairhope);died Monday;July 17;1995;in Mon Valley Hospital;Carroll Township. Born Aug.14;1940;in Fairhope;he was a son of the late LeRoy and Rose Dragan Emerick. He was a member of Marion Presbyterian Church;Fairhope. Mr.Emerick had been a steelworker with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.at the Martins Ferry;Ohio;plant. He was a U.S.Air Force veteran;having served during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the PNA Lodge of Arnold City and the Slovak Club of Gillespie. Survivors include his fiancee;Kathryn Ianno;and one sister;Florence Sagona of Monessen. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;and Thursday until 11 a.m.;when services will be held in the funeral home with the Rev.John Park of Marion Presbyterian Church;Fairhope;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
