He was born in Monessen on
Aug. 5; 1903; a son of the late
Thomas and Freda Hilmer
Glasgow.
A resident of Belle Vernon for
the past 40 years; Mr.Glasgow
formerly resided in Monessen.
He retired as a superintendent
of production planning of the
Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.
In addition to his parents; he
was preceded in death by his
wife; Elizabeth on Dec. 25;1967.
Mr. Glasgow is survived by
two sons; Robert L. Glasgow of
Monroe; N.C.; and Richard H.
Glasgow of Clearwater; Fla.;
and six grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the
Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;
700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon;
Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.with Dr.Thomas F. St.Clair;of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
