Lena Jampetro,68,of 9 James St.,Belle Vernon,died Tuesday Dec. 14,1993,at 11:30 p.m. in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born in Belle Vernon Feb. 14,1925,a daughter of the late Samuel and Lillian Dugan Sergi. Mrs. Jampetro was a member of St. Sebatian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. She had spent most of her life in the Belle Vernon area. She is survived by her husband,James F. Jampetro,with whom she celebrated 47 years of marriage; two sons, James F. Jampetro Jr.,of Donora,and Michael D. and his wife Heather Jampetro of Monessen; three daughters, Mrs. Anthony (Margaret) Ruscitti of Mather,Mrs. Ralph (Patricia) Rubachko of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Leonard (Rita) Vagnoni of Belle Vernon R.D.2; four brothers, Frank Sergi of Branson,Mo.,Samuel Sergi of Belle Vernon,John Sergi and David Sergi,both of Monessen; three sisters, Margaret Acton and Loretta Cooper,both of charleroi,and Jeannie Neinhouse of Columbus, Ohio and eight grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline Woodering, Frances Caputo and Kathryn Uhor and two brothers, James Sergi and Dominic Sergi. Friends will be recieved in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeal Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
