Obituary

Leigh Ann Boulton of 517 Locust St.,Belle Vernon,died Monday,May 30,1988,at 12:38 a.m.in Presbyterian University Hospital,Pittsburgh,as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on May 29. She was 17. She was born in Pittsburgh on Jan.30,1971,the daughter of William A.and Janice Braithwood Boulton,who survive. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather,Edward A.Braithwood,who died June 4,1987,and her paternal grandparents,Mr.and Mrs.George C.Boulton. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon. At the time of her death,Miss Boulton was a junior at Belle Vernon Area High School,where she was a member of the school's choir and Medical Interest Club. She also was a member of Rainbow Girls. She was also a graduate of the Barbizon School of Modeling in Pittsburgh and a student of dance at the Zoise Baer Studio in Charleroi. In addition to her parents,she is survived by her maternal grandmother,Ruth Strenske Braithwood of Belle Vernon,and several aunts and uncles,including Charles and Thelma O'Brien of Fayette City. Friends will be received in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Wednesday. Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home,with the Rev.Charles LaPlaca of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
