Lana Kupirovich, 92, formerly of Lynnwood (Belle Vernon), went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 in Westmoreland Manor. A daughter of the late Nazareth and Philomenia Celani, she was born in Monessen on June 17, 1923. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Mila Zuro of Belle Vernon, Milene and Richard Bianco of Washington, DC and Kathy and Michael McCormick of Greensburg, one brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Colleen Celani of Arvada, CO, three grandchildren, Paul Zuro, and his fiance Holly Roberts, of Belle Vernon, Joshua Sekoski and his wife Ashleigh of McLean, VA and Jarrod Sekoski of Charleston, SC and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Miles Kupirovich in 2005, a granddaughter, Sasha Zuro on January 27, 2008 and a son-in-law, Robert Zuro on December 26, 2009. She was a member of the Orchard Christian Fellowship Church of Monessen and had worked during World War II at the Irvin Works of the Pittsburgh Steel Company. Lana was a beautiful lady who always looked so lovely. She was a wonderful hostess who greatly enjoyed cooking and baking for her family. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
