Kenneth Neutt,19, of 813 Belle St.,Belle Vernon fell to his death at midnight Thursday night when he lost his balance at the top of a 70 foot electricial tower near Perryopolis. He reportedly gathered with several friends Thursday night along Twp. Route 763 in Perry Twp.,where he decided to climb the tower. After making it to the top,he lost his balance and fell. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:15 a.m. by Fayette County Deputy Coroner Elbert Lowther of Perryopolis. He was born in North Charleroi on June 2,1957. A 1975 graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School,he had just recently completed his freshman year at the Fayette Campus of Penn State University. He was a member of Holy Resurection Orthodox Church,Lynnwood. Surviving are his mother,Martha Hasek Neutt, and a sister,Karen,,both at home in Lynnwood; his father,William Neutt of Greensburg;maternal grandparents,Mr.and Mrs. Albert Hasek, also of Lynnwood,and paternal grandmother,Mrs. Carl Nutt of Perryopolis. Friends will be received at the Shelby D. Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. The body will lie in state at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Lynnwood,from 1 to 2 p.m.,the hour of service on Sunday. Officiating will be the Rev. John Kluchko,pastor. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 8 p.m. Shelby D. Ferguson is funeral director in charge.
