Kenneth Frank Vesely;54;of Roscoe;died Tuesday;June 6;1989 at St.Francis Hospital;Pittsburgh.  He was born in Fayette City on June 18;1934;a son of the late Frank Vesely who died in May 1984 and Marge Vesely;who survives and resides in Dunlevy.  Mr.Vesley was retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel;Allenport Plant in 1985 after 31 years of service as a foreman.  He was a member of the N.Y.Carpenters Union;the American Legion Post 301;Roscoe;and the Roscoe Moose Lodge until it was disbanded.  He served in the U.S.Marine Corps.  He is a member of St.Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Roscoe.  In addition to his mother;he is survived by his wife;Arlene Hopewell Vesely;two sons;Ken Vesely of Roscoe and Kevin Vesely;at home;one daughter and son-in-law;Kathy and Paul Doman of Bethel Park;one sister;Lois Domres of Denver;Colo.;one brother;Ron Vesely of Dunlevy;and three nieces and two nephews.  Friends will be received at the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.;1008 Furlong Ave.;Roscoe;Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A Rosary service will be held in the funeral home Wednesday at 8:30 p.m.  A Blessing service at the funeral home will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St.Joseph’s Church with the Rev.Robert A.Kuhuch of St.Joseph’s officiating.  Interment will be in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.of Roscoe is in charge of arrangements.
