Kelly Smith;24;of 15 Highland Terrace;Donora;died Friday;April 9;1993;at 1:35 a.m.as a result of multiple injuries sustained in a vehicle accident on Route 906 near the Donora-Monessen Bridge.  She was born Aug.20;1968;in North Charleroi;a daughter of Alfred E.Smith;who survives and resides in Elizabeth;and Yola Smith;who survives and resides in Charleroi.    Also surviving are three children;Jesse;James and Angel Smith;four sisters;Mrs.Vince (Margaret) Suckell of Daytona;Fla.;Patty Smith of Charleroi;JoAnn Smith of Washington;Pa.;and Mrs.Jeffrey (Roberta) Dunseath of Monessen;three half-brothers;Robert and Mark Smith and Alfred E.Smith Jr.;all of Elizabeth;a half-sister;Kim Smith;of Elizabeth;and her paternal grandmother;Margaret Smith of Monessen.  Her paternal grandfather;Robert C.Smith Sr.;died in 1986.  Her maternal grandfather;William D;Saccani;died in 1985.  Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Stephen D.Yoney Jr.Funeral Home;First Street and Schoonmaker Avenue;Monessen.  Services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.in the funeral home.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Stephen D.Yoney;Jr.Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
