Mrs. Catherine Savage, aged 63 years, of Fairhope,died at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Phillips in West Brownsville Sunday night, December 21,1941 at 8:30 o'clock. A complication of ailments caused her death. Mrs. Savage was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church of McKeesport. She leaves the following sons and daughters:George of Muse, Mrs. Dorothy Phillips of West Brownsville,Mrs. Stella Greco of Bridgeport,Conn.,Nick of Fairhope,Miller of Belle Vernon,Mrs. Mildred Koslasky of Fairhope and Mary Doris Savage of Morgantown,W.Va., A brother in Europe also survives. The remains are being removed to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mildred Koslasky in Fairhope where funeral services will be held Wednesday,Dec. 24,at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. McCrory Funeral Home of Fayette City is in charge.
